Nichole started her online career in the mid 1990′s working for a local Internet Service Provider. At the time, many people were just getting computers in their homes for the first time so her job was to show off the amazing Internet and sell dial-up access and ISDN lines. On occasion she taught people how to click and use a mouse.
Later, she worked for a boutique web development company where she had the pleasure of working on many small and large web projects for various clients. During her 10 years there she did a little bit of everything including running the customer service department, writing and maintaining help docs, FAQs, and online copy, managing a large online community of bloggers, user-interface design, project management, and even a little bit of programming.
Finally, after having her first child she become a work-at-home mom by starting an online children’s boutique and now runs PhillyKidsThing.com with a partner. You can also find her blogging at JustChildrensBooks.com on a regular basis.
Nichole has a degree in Management Information Systems and graduated summa cum laude from Philadelphia University.
She is available for consulting and contract work. Specialties include Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Community Management.
