Nichole started her online career in the mid 1990’s working for a local Internet Service Provider. At the time, many people were just getting computers in their homes so her job was to show off the amazing Internet and sell dial-up access and ISDN lines. On occasion, she taught people how to click and use a mouse.
Later, she worked for a boutique web development company where she had the pleasure of working on many small and large web projects for various clients. During her years there she did a little bit of everything including online marketing, managing customer service, writing and maintaining help docs, FAQs and online copy, managing a large online community of bloggers, user-interface design, project management, and even a little bit of programming.
Nichole has a degree in Management Information Systems and graduated summa cum laude from Philadelphia University.
Somewhat like the shoe cobbler, she tends to neglect her personal site and has little time for sponsored posts or reviews. Most pitches will probably go unanswered with apologies in advance.
