The apprenticeship contract must include all the learning outcomes that the student is expected to acquire during the exchange. The LA form (modifications) must be completed in accordance with the instructions and sent by e-mail to the responsible ECTS coordinator, who will sign the changes made to LA. A scan of the signed document must be sent to the study director for approval The student is required to provide the foreign university with feedback that changes in the study/training path have been approved by the student`s home university. The student/PhD student sends a scan of the document with an application, which must be signed and returned by a representative of the host university (if the document has not been signed before). The student is required to submit a scan with the signatures of both parties to BOS no later than the end of the mobility period. REMINDER – In the event that changes need to be made to the original statement in the learning contract, the student is required to report the changes to LA in accordance with the template no later than 1 month after the start of the lesson. Changes reported after this date will not be taken into account, unless the delay is due to the fault of the host university.
