Paragraph 37.3 applies if the university rejects the application and has not reached an agreement with the staff referred to in paragraph 37.2. 43.16 A staff member shall enter into an agreement with the university as a precondition for the payment of a 60% salary leave. The agreement stipulates that the employee is required to return to the workplace for a period corresponding to the following amounts:8 The right to enter into an agreement under this clause is in addition to a provision relating to an agreement between the university and a single staff member that is contained in another provision of this agreement and shall not otherwise affect it. 25.6 In agreement with the university, an employee may take extended annual leave at a proportionately lower rate of pay (for example. B 20 days of half-pay leave instead of 10 days of leave with full pay). 29.15 Any dispute is first reviewed by the CTMC. The CTMC will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by trying to reach an agreement. If the dispute is not resolved by the CTMC within 5 business days, the dispute may be referred by either party to an arbitrator to settle. 17.3 Any agreement entered into in accordance with clause 17.2 must be in writing and contain the end date of the agreement, which may be renewed by agreement. 26.4 An underpayment to an employee is corrected and full payment to staff is made within two business days of notification of the underpayment by the employee to the University, except that such payment may be made by mutual agreement between staff and the University no later than the day of payment of the next payment period.
57.6 If the agent or his elected official so requests within 14 days of the postponement of the report, the Vice-Chancellor may not terminate the employee`s employment relationship in accordance with clause 57.5, unless the results of the report are confirmed by an independent specialist appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the agreement of the President of the NTEU Branch of De Monash University (or the Delegate).
